Downtown Paraiso

Owned and managed by 4 friends Downtown Paraiso Hostel offers you comfortable and affordable accommodation on a perfect location. Situated in central Barcelona, 150 meters from the Ramblas, La Boqueria Market and the main tourist attractions, our place is designed for you to have a great time on a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Hostel has no curfew, no lock out, it’s open 24hs. Easy to reach from all Airports, Bus and Train Stations and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, theatres, supermarkets, bakeries, laundromats, post office, and of course nightlife!

Our rooms are clean and comfortable all newly decorated, most of them with en-suite facilities: Twins, Doubles and Dorms – so whether you are traveling solo or with your mates, there’s always someone to go out with. They all have lockers where you can leave your things for free (just bring a padlock!) Bed linen, blankets and personal room keys provided.

Also available for guest’s use is a lounge and CABLE TV/DVD room with international channels. Hang out in the common room and chat with new friends or relax with a movie on our plasma TV (choose some DVD for free at the front desk!)
High speed Internet access is available as well as free WI-FI access for guests with their own laptop.
We have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals and luggage–storage for free on the day you’re checking out.

You can check-in at any time. If you know you are arriving later than 10pm, please send us an e-mail with your booking reference number to let us know at what time you are going to arrive.

Hostel Cancellation Policy
Please note that the hostel has 48hs (2 days) cancellation policy.(Local Time)
Cancellation/modification must be notified by email.
Otherwise 1st night will be charged on your credit card

If you arrive earlier than 1:00PM and if we are unable to check you in, we can store your luggage for FREE

If you are arriving later than 10.00PM, you will need to notify us of your arrival time by phone or email.


Please Note: Downtown Paraiso Hostel does not accept groups over 10 persons. The hostel reserves the right to cancel this booking in this case and the deposit will not be refunded

Directions

From El Prat Airport:
LOCAL TRAIN: The station is located at the airport (follow the signs). Take it to Paseo de Gracia. Switch to Metro (Green line Nº3) & get off at Liceu station. Once there take Hospital Street. Walk 2 blocks up, then turn left on Junta de Comerç Street.
AEROBUS: The shuttle bus will take you to Plaza Catalunya. It runs every 11 minutes and costs 4,25€ to 5€ (Tickets sale on the bus). From there you can walk about 10 min. to the Hostel or take the Metro (Green line Nº3) to Liceu station (one stop). Once there take Hospital Street. Walk 2 blocks up, then turn left on Junta de Comerç Street.
TAXI: The taxi will cost about 25-30€

From Girona Airport: Take the BUS to Estacio du Nord. And then…..

From Estacio del Nord:
METRO: Board Metro (Red line Nº2) at Arc de Triunf station to Plaza Catalunya (2 stops), then switch to the Green line Nº3 for 1 more stop and get off at Liceu station.
Once there take Hospital Street. Walk 2 blocks up, then turn left on Junta de Comerç Street.
TAXI: The taxi will cost about 8-10€

From Sants Train Station:
METRO: Take Green line Nº3 & get off at Liceu station. Once there take Hospital Street. Walk 2 blocks up, then turn left on Junta de Comerç Street.
