1. Enjoy the Beaches
Donostias' beaches are one the most visited places in the city, specially the beach of La Concha, at San Sebastian's downtown. it is considered one of most beautiful beaches in Europe. At the northeast, there's Ondarreta beach, at Monte Igueldo's feet, where villas and gardens touch the sand. In the 1990s Zurriola Beach was opened, at the right side of the river Urumea.
2. The Old Quarter
A labyrinth of narrow streets, ancient buildings, history and tradition the Parte Vieja -Old Quarter- of San Sebastian has a strong character, often rough, but solid and envoving, like basc people are.
