Red Nest Hostel

The Red Nest is a hostel opened in 2005, located in one of the nicest streets in Valencia. The traditional historical appearance of the facade has been maintained, while inside 70’s Pop design and fashion style is all around, every room is a piece of art in its design way.

You have all the sights, cafes and bars within 10 min walking distance. We have designed the hotel to have the maximum facilities for you combined with huge rooms with massive natural light. As we are only working with independent travelers you will be able to meet lots of backpackers from all around the world to share experiences with them in the friendliest atmosphere you can find in town.

Our rooms are from 2 people until 12 people capacity. We provide a superb 2 stations kitchen and a dining area for 40 people and three internet stations next to our info wall. Don’t miss our top floor where you can relax, chill out and have a go in our pool tables, drink a beer or two, listen to music or watch TV/DVD.

Our location makes us the ideal starting point for short walks to many of Valencia’s most interesting sites. You will not walk around without information, we provide you of all information you need to enjoy the city and the country due to our young and experienced staff that will help you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the city. PLEASE NOTE: People need to show a valid passport or ID (valid in Europe) at the check in. We are not allowed to have any guest without passport. So there will be no check in if you don't show a valid identification (driving licenses from the states are not valid in Europe) In order to avoid contributing to the problems of illegal immigration, we reserve the right to decline any reservation, which may enable illegal immigrants, to enter Spain.

Any activities we suspect to be illegal will be reported to the Spanish authorities. Please note that deposit amount won’t be refunded in case of the hostel refusing the reservation for the above reason.

Directions From the bus station:From outside of the bus station catch the number 8 bus (in the direction of Malilla) and get off at Calle La Paz (Carrer Pau in the Valencian language). We are on the other side of the road at number 36 Calle La Paz.

From the airport:By metro: Catch the red (#3) or the green (#5) line and get off at Colon metro stop. When you get out of the metro station walk down Calle Poeta Quintana with El Corte Ingles on your left hand side and go to the end of Plaza Alfonso Magnanimo. Turn left and you are on Calle La Paz.(Carrer Pau in Valencian language) We are on the left hand side, number 36.

Taxi: A taxi from the airport would cost about 15-20€From the train station:By foot: Walk out of the train station and turn right on to Calle Xativa. This road turns into Calle Colon. Walk down until you get to the metro stop. Walk down Calle Poeta Quintana with El Corte Ingles on your left hand side and go to the end of Plaza Alfonso Magnanimo. Turn left and you are on Calle La Paz.(Carrer Pau in Valencian language) We are on the left hand side, number 36.

By metro: From Valencia railway station (estacion del norte) main entrance, catch the underground line 3 towards 'Palmaret' or 'Rafelbuñol'or number 5 going to 'Ayora'.
